How fabulous would it be to know a detox recipe at the click of the fingers?
I always say to people that if you can eat at least 70% raw each day, stay away from things like your coffee, alcohol, meat and dairy most of the time you are in a constant state of ‘easy’ detoxing. Practising this way is actually a lifestyle of a constant detox recipe.
Why do I say easy?
So when I explain that to you, what level do you think your body is working at to detox for you? What is your overall detox recipe that you are maintaining and using each day? Is it receiving a lot of toxic foods and environment to the point it has to work over time or is it receiving a good amount of assistance from you through good foods, water, exercise and fresh air to keep it at a nice mild level of detoxing?
