I HAVE JUST PROVEN AND EXPERIENCED THAT NATURAL ANTIBIOTICS CAN KILL PNEUMONIA. 

I have just spent the past 3 weeks at war with Pneumonia! Yes pneumonia! I caught a bacterial infection off a dear friend and it was BAD! I still love my friend, she is too nice to not be happy to share with! 

I was under a lot of emotional stress when I first caught the bacterial infection and all throughout the time I was suffering with it and I believe this contributed to it developing into pneumonia.  There are many strains of pneumonia consisting of different bacterias and symptoms. 

I eat alot of raw foods, have juices or smoothies everyday and lead a pretty healthy lifestyle most of the time. But this month I lacked in my personal care and I paid for it!

After one week of not being able to walk around without the feeling of complete exhaustion, not being able to speak without coughing, having no strength in my lungs and thumping headaches with all my sinuses, ears and chest blocked up with thick green mucous, I CAVED IN! Yes, I did. I went to the doctors and got some mean arse antibiotics and took them…….I cant remember the last time I had antibiotics!

I WAS EXCITED ABOUT THE FACT THAT I WOULD BE FEELING A BIT BETTER IN 3 TO 4 DAYS TIME!

Well that was not the case. After 3 days of taking these HUGE tablets that looked like horse tablets and were specifically for pneumonia bacterias, I was worse! I could not even sit up at this point. I knew I had to do something drastic, away from the medical world and believe in my body’s ability to heal naturally from this…….OR I WAS IN TROUBLE! 

Why did I take the antibiotics in the first place you ask? 

It was school holidays, I was home alone with the kids and I was desperate to get better and fast. I know from my experience in natural healing that it can take longer to heal naturally and I just did not want my kids to have a sick mum all the way through the holidays………well, they did anyway……

WHEN I BELEIVED THAT NATURAL ANTIBIOTICS CAN KILL PNEUMONIA I GOT BETTER WITHIN 3 DAYS!!

So how did I do this? 

1- I water fasted for 2 whole days. Only drank water with himalayan salt in it for 2 days. Why? To give my digestive system a break and to get ready to clear out ALL bacterias from my gut. There is a lot you must know about water fasting before you go ahead and try this at home. So be sure to contact me if you want to know more about this.

2- I did 2 enemas each day whilst water fasting. This was to help remove bad bacterias from the gut that could have been contributing to my sickness and to also create a clear and clean environment for me to the receive the intense amount of natural antibiotics I was about to have. 

3- I made a super tonic that literally blew my head off when I drank it.  I drank the super tonic every 2 hours for the first 2 days after my water fast and continued to have over 4 litres of water each day.

4- When I broke the fast and started having my tonic I also only ate pineapple, sauerkraut, pumpkin seeds and walnuts with salt on it. I started out having 2 very small bowls for 2 days then had 4 bigger bowls for the next 2 days. 

5- I also had a big tablespoon of honey with a good chunk of raw garlic chopped up in it and ate it straight off the spoon. I did this at least 4 times per day for the first 2 days of eating, then twice per day for the next 2 days. 

6- I slept outside on my kids trampoline for hours out in the fresh air with glimpses of sun on me. 

AFTER 2 DAYS I WAS THE BEST I HAD BEN FOR OVER 2 WEEKS! I COULD NOT BELIVE THE INTENSITY OF THE RECOVERY! 

Five days later here I am writing this article and back to being hands on mum, house keeper, business owner and happy! A little mucous on my chest still but it is clearing out and FAST!

TONIC RECIPE FOR YOU

TONICSML

 1 cup boiled water
1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar (must be organic)
1/4 cup of lemon juice or grapefruit juice
1-2 tablespoons of honey
1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

HEALING INGREDIENTS  LIST

No less than 4 litres water per day
Pineapple
Sauerkraut
Seeds and Nuts
High amounts of himalayan salt
Honey
Garlic
Ginger
Turmeric
Fresh Air and Sunlight

Yes thank you Georgie. I wrote this with real heart and feeling as it was very close to home being something that I was experiencing myself! I still have a little fluid on the chest but feeling 200% better and getting back on with life…..at a slightly slower pace. But definitely not suffering!
I am now taking this tonic daily for I feel its affects were amazing and feel it will be a great preventative.

Hi – just a question about the tonic, my daughter is vegan but does not think its ok to have honey. Can you elaborate on your thoughts/feelings towards the consumption of honey?

Hi Lorraine,

Yes a true vegan will not eat honey. Personally I do not eat other animal products but honey is one thing that has not been taken out of my family’s diet. I believe and have also read and researched the benefits of honey in a food medicine point of view and there are too many for me to ignore.
Honey has been used for thousands of years to help heal the liver, skin conditions, allergies and is a very good toxin neutraliser. I use it in the tonic to help soothe a dry or sore throat, and it is a strong pro biotic helping to restore good bacteria in the gut which is usually more acidic and may have bad bacterial growth when a person is unwell.

There are so so many good uses for honey, it’s actually incredible the amounts of benefits it has. I believe honey is something that has been collected by our oldest ancestors, and it used to be collected by their bare hands. It is very unfortunate that now the bees get smoked out in most cases for their honey to be collected. There are some suppliers that do not do this.

A vegan would still not be agreeing for the honey to be taken at all regardless of the process, for the bees are having to work alot to make the honey and the believe that the bees are over worked. This could actually be the case……which is the reason I am always wondering whether we should be eating it or not…..it is a constant discussion and question I have with myself.

Hello!! OK so when the body is unwell it needs to take a break from digestion and use that energy to then heal. When the body goes into whats known as ketosis (where it starts to use its own fats cells for energy) the first cells to die off are the most unhealthiest cells. SO if you are unwell, any of the sick cells causing you illness will die off first. Fasting also initiates the process of rejuvenation. As the sick cells die off, the energy that was being used to assist those cells to live is now being used to create new healthy cells. It is scientifically proven that the body heals faster when it is not having to digest any foods. Hope that helps! Much love xx

Also inflammation in the body, lungs etc is the first thing that will respond positively to fasting. When you have a chest infection or inflammation in the lungs etc fasting can bring relief very quickly….
